About the CCV Monitoring certification mark
With the CCV Monitoring certification mark, you can demonstrate that your monitoring service meets independent quality requirements. A certification body assesses your service against the Monitoring certification scheme.
The certification mark sets requirements for areas including monitoring and detection, analysis and assessment of signals, escalation and follow-up, communication, security and continuity, and the competence of personnel.
How do I resolve a nonconformity?
During the initial assessment, the certification body may identify a nonconformity. You will then have the opportunity to resolve it within the specified timeframe. You must subsequently demonstrate to the certification body that the nonconformity has been resolved.
After certification, the certification body periodically assesses whether you continue to meet the requirements. If a nonconformity is identified during a periodic assessment, you must resolve it within the specified timeframe. If you continue to meet the requirements, you may continue to use the CCV Monitoring certification mark.
